Treating glyphosate-resistant weeds costly, difficult

Timing and additional applications of herbicides is crucial for treating glyphosate-resistant weeds.  Treatment also takes more money.  Malcolm Haigwood, grower, Newport, AR, says his costs to treat soybean fields with resistant Palmer pigweed has jumped from $15/acre to $65/acre.
