Steve Alexander is in for Max Armstrong, and talks about the flu season, a friendly funeral, a business closing and the effects of the weekend storm.

Have you had your flu shot yet? The state of South Dakota has recorded its first flu-related death for the season.

When 73-year-old Stanley Stoltz died in Nebraska, a reporter noted that the Vietnam vet had no known relatives and the paper ran a notice inviting people to his funeral. More than 400 people turned out after the notice went viral.

Kimberly Clark has threatened to close its Wisconsin facility, and the legislature is trying to get them money to stay.

Communities are still feeling the effects of the weekend storm. A van skidded off the road into a holding pond in Indianapolis, and there are still thousands without power.

A South Dakota man lost his wallet in Las Vegas. A few days later, he received a package in the mail, and it was his wallet.
