More than 1,500 growers from around the country attended this year’s Yield Summit hosted by the 360 Yield Center last week in Washington, Ill. Gregg Sauder, founder and president of 360 Yield Center, kicked off the event and launched several new innovations coming to market from the company. You may recognize Sauder’s name as the farmer who started Precision Planting, which sold to Monsanto a few years back. Since then, he’s been busy with a number of new products coming down the pipeline from 360 Yield Center. The ongoing theme through the 2015 Yield Summit was a focus on maximizing yields and paying attention to just where and when growers should reduce inputs, if any, this year as budgets look tighter. So take a look through a number of products showcased at the event that aim to help farmers make and implement those decisions.
