Manage the Farm is a Web-based management tool designed to simplify input purchases and streamline office-to-field operations. It assists in aggregating input needs from field to field and farm to farm, then creates an electronic order for seed, chemicals, fertilizer and other crop products and services.

It also helps to centralize and track crop input information from order through delivery. Both the farmer and the dealer can access the automatic invoices and annotate them with specific product instructions or required fieldwork. Changes to an original document are shown to keep all paperwork accurate. A budget-vs.-expenditures tool assists with year-end reconciliation.
