Valmont acquires AgSense

Valmont announces it will acquire South Dakota based AgSense, which signals the company’s interest in offering remote monitoring and control technology through its irrigation equipment.

AgSense’s Wagnet network offers growers a way to tie their irrigation decisions to field, crop and weather conditions.
