The 20-inch tool is a monster — it has a jaw capacity of 5.5 inches and works great on large-diameter items or when extra leverage is needed. Milwaukee’s new hex-jaw pliers line features three sizes — 8, 10 and 12 inches — and has a jaw capacity up to 2.75 inches. e tools provide an ideal t on hex bolts and fasteners, and also feature an all-metal quick-adjust mechanism. With a push button, the pliers adjust to 26 nite positions that feel solid and provide a precise fit. They also feature a reaming head and punch handles for electrical applications.
Team FIN was impressed by the overall design and the precise fit of the new hand tools. The hand grips do not slide or come off, and the tools are lightweight. They also have slim profiles, making them easy to slip into a pocket. All four tools are easy to adjust and fit fasteners snugly. Milwaukee Tool also claims they are rust-resistant.
Overall, Team FIN found the new pliers line a high-quality, good buy.
